In Home Furniture Delivery Service

In home furniture delivery is now available to the lower 48 contiguous states.

For on-line purchases, we offer Platinum Furniture Delivery.

Platinum Service: - $ 200.00

  • Inside delivery and placement to the room of choice (maximum of two flights of stairs).
  • Furniture will be unpacked and packing material will be removed.
  • Furniture that requires no tools will be set-up.
  • Does not include crib assembly.

Furniture Delivery Policy & Procedures:

  • Within three days of receipt of your order, Customer Service will contact you to confirm your purchase and to provide you an estimated date of when your furniture will be available for delivery.
  • Your order could take between 3-8 weeks for delivery depending on availability and up to 12 weeks for custom orders.
  • Our Delivery Service will schedule the 4 hour delivery window appointment directly with the customer after all the furniture arrives at the Distribution Center. Additional charges will apply if the customer can not accommodate the 4 hour delivery window.
  • Trained and uniformed delivery teams will arrive within your scheduled delivery window.
  • Damaged or defective items must be indicated clearly on the paperwork before the Delivery Service leaves your home.
  • Please note that complicated furniture assembly may require additional charges. Check with Customer Service if you have questions.
  • Due to the cost of shipping furniture, furniture once delivered is not available for return. Only damages claimed at the time of delivery will be approved for credit and/or replacement.
