All packages are shipped in the continental United States (lower 48) via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional charges. Delivery TimeOnce your order is received, order processing generally takes 1-2 days. You will receive notification of shipment with a UPS tracking number. UPS Ground Shipping is 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship products on weekends or holidays.
Item AvailabilityIf an item is out of stock you will see a notification underneath the selected item on the product page. If there is any additional stock issue after the order is placed you will be notified by customer service providing an estimated shipment date.
Refusal of Delivery / UndeliverablePackages refused for delivery or not deliverable (at UPSs discretion), the customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred by USABABY.COM including charges incurred from Free Shipping Promotions. Once a package is received back in our warehouse either a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the actual shipping charges incurred by USABABY.COM and/or a 2nd shipping charge will be applied to reship the package.
UPS Re-routed PackagesAny packages rerouted because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address, changed the shipping address or any other reason that causes UPS to reroute the package, will incur additional shipping charges. USABABY.COM will immediately charge the customer for any additional shipping charges incurred because of these reasons. If you need a package shipped to an address different than the address entered on the order, please contact us prior to processing your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.

Our retail stores do not accept returns for on-line purchases. All returns for on-line purchases must be shipped back to our e-commerce Distribution Center in Frisco, Texas.
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us using the following procedure:
- Contact Customer Service via e-mail (Sales@USABABY.com) or by phone 877-488-5237 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) to allow us to track your return.
- Write the RA Number on the Return Shipping Label that accompanies your return.

Please note that all returned merchandise must be intact, new and unused in its original packaging with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. New and unused means it must be in saleable condition, not used, dirty or washed. We will not issue refunds for any item that is not resalable. In addition, personalized items such as breast pumps, breast feeding accessories, undergarments, feeding accessories, bottles, potty seats, thermometers, diapers and related supplies etc. can never be returned if the seal is broken on the package. In addition, shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs and the original shipping charges including all Free Shipping offers are the customers responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items). www.USABABY.COM is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please note we have the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on all returned items.
Damaged MerchandisePackages unfortunately get damaged in transit so please make every effort to inspect your package prior to acceptance from the delivery service. If your package has visible exterior damage, please note all damage on the shipping document you are required to sign at the time of delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. If possible, we will replace the broken parts or ship out a new item at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to have the following information available: model number, serial number, part number and date of manufacture. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible.
Stroller and Car Seat Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, USABABY.COM reserves the right to refuse returns on strollers & car seats with wear and tear or if the product has been:
- a. Damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
- b. Tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the original manufacturer
- Please set-up your stroller at home on a carpeted or clean surface and try it out with your child or children in it. Test all stroller functions while indoors on a carpeted or clean surface. Once the stroller has been used outside, it cannot be accepted for return.
- If the stroller or car seat is defective upon receipt, it may be returned for exchange or refund.
- For car seat and stroller returns to be processed, please be sure that the car seat or stroller is in its original condition and shows no signs of use. Be sure to return the item in its original vendor packaging with the instruction manual and warranty card.
- If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and you are experiencing difficulties with your car seat or stroller or if you need replacement parts, please contact the manufacturer directly as provided in your instruction manual. Defective MerchandiseFor items that are found defective 30 days after the date of purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. We are not able to replace defective items 30 days after the date of purchase.
Clearance ItemsItems marked clearance, close-out, discontinued, open boxed are neither returnable nor refundable.
Special OrdersSome items are special order products and are designated as such on the web site. These non-stock items are ordered on a per-customer basis and are therefore subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned. Please note that personalized items, custom sized items, made to order items, and fabric yardage may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

- Sales Tax
- By law we are required to collect the appropriate State and Local Sales Tax for States in which we have affiliated Stores. The states where Sales Tax must be charged include: California, Connecticut, Florida, Kentucky, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. All deliveries to states outside this list will not be charged Sales Tax.
